Ngày nay, tại lễ hội giáo viên việt nam, các học sinh vẫn nhận được đánh dấu đặc biệt này. Khi ngón tay vuốt ve những dòng hoa sen lồi lõm, như thể chạm vào câu châm ngôn mà chủ tịch hồ chí minh đã viết trong cuốn nhật ký trong tù: “bùn nhuộm trắng hoa sen, lửa luyện vàng”. Tấm đồng nhỏ hơn 3 inch này chứa đựng nhiệm vụ truyền đạt tri thức và ngọn lửa của tinh thần quốc gia như cờ đỏ SAO Kim luôn dẫn đường.

Từ đài tưởng niệm cách mạng tháng tám đến các lớp học hiện đại, lá cờ và đánh dấu không bao giờ phai mờ. Nowadays, at the Teachers’ Day celebrations in Vietnam, students still receive such special bookmarks. When the fingertips touch the concave and convex patterns of the lotus, it seems as if one is touching the aphorisms written by President Ho Chi Minh in his “Diary in Prison” : “The white lotus cannot be stained by the mire; the true gold can be refined by the fierce fire.” This bronze plate, less than three inches in size, carries the mission of knowledge inheritance and the spark of national spirit, just as the red Flag of Venus always guides the way forward.

From the August Revolution Memorial Hall to modern classrooms, the glow of the national flag and bookmarks has never faded. The former indicates the dignity of national independence, while the latter engraves the code for the continuation of civilization.
