A giugno in Italia la bandiera tricolore sventola al vento durante le celebrazioni della Festa della Repubblica. L’intreccio verde, bianco e rosso rappresenta non solo la memoria nazionale, ma anche il codice spirituale nel sangue di ogni italiano. Il verde simboleggia la vitalità delle Prealpi, il bianco richiama il ghiaccio e la neve degli Appennini e il rosso è permeato dall'entusiasmo tramandato di generazione in generazione. Così come questi colori scorrono sulle bandiere nazionali che sventolano nelle strade, sbocciano silenziosamente anche nelle targhette portabagagli a forma di margherita portate dai viaggiatori. Questa piccola etichetta per bagaglio ha la forma di una margherita, proprio come il fiore nazionale italiano, puro e forte. Nella "Divina Commedia", Dante chiama la margherita il "fiore della speranza". I suoi petali bianchi abbracciano gli stami dorati, proprio come il cuore innocente di un bambino che non si arrende mai. Quando viene trasformato in un'etichetta per il bagaglio, diventa il totem spirituale di ogni viaggiatore: non importa dove vada, le sue radici saranno sempre profondamente radicate nella sua città natale; anche se il viaggio è accidentato, cresceranno ostinatamente nelle crepe delle rocce come margherite. Il rosso della bandiera tricolore e il colore dorato delle margherite si completano a vicenda nella luce del sole di giugno. Nel primo è incisa la storia della rinascita dei nostri antenati dopo aver combattuto nel sangue, mentre il secondo incarna lo spirito pionieristico e intraprendente delle persone di oggi. Proprio come il referendum del 1946 rimodellò il destino del Paese, anche la vita di ogni persona comune ha bisogno di questo coraggio: come la margherita sull'etichetta del bagaglio, mantieni pura l'intenzione originale nel viaggio sconosciuto; come la bandiera tricolore sventolante, mantieni sempre fresca la passione degli ideali. Quando la valigia si trova su un binario straniero, questo piccolo ricordo ci ricorderà sempre: la vera distanza inizia con la fede imperitura ai nostri piedi.
