Every November, the UAE Flag Day arrives as scheduled, and the red, green, white and black colors jumping in the streets and alleys interweave into a sea of faith. This flag, which embodies unity and courage, not only symbolizes the country's history and vision, but also becomes a concrete expression of the people's spirit in countless details – such as a small peacock tie clip. Peacock is the national flower of the UAE. Its roots are deeply rooted in the desert, but its petals bloom towards the sun, just like the strugglers on this land: breaking through the ground in adversity and guarding hope with tenacity. Tie clips based on peacock are often designed in the style of metal carvings wrapped with national flag elements. The square inch carries a double meaning: the sharp lines of the petals symbolize the courage of the pioneers, and the surrounding national flag colors echo the belief of "taking the country as the root". Wearing such a tie clip is not only a ritual of paying tribute to the national flag, but also a silent declaration of personal mission. Just like the peacock in the desert transforms every drop of water into the power of growth, modern Emiratis are also transforming the national spirit into action in their respective positions. The glory of National Flag Day will eventually fade, but the spirit of "rooting down and growing up" carried by the peacock tie clip will always shine on the lapels of the UAE people.
