Türkiye'de nisan ayında İstanbul Lale Festivali, Cumhuriyet'in 100. yıl dönümünün bahar rüzgarlarının estiği bu topraklarda, Boğaz kıyılarına rengarenk bir çiçek halısı seriyor. Bir gezgin sırt çantasına, üzerinde ülkenin bayrağının kırmızı ay ve lalelerinin bulunduğu deri bagaj etiketini bağladığında, avuç içi büyüklüğündeki bu simge, zaman ve mekânı aşan manevi bir şifreyi taşır. Ay-Yıldız Bayrağı'nın kızıl fonu, Osmanlı süvarilerinin hücum sırasında kaldırdıkları savaş cübbeleri, Gelibolu Yarımadası'nın kana bulanmış toprağı ve modern Türkiye'nin alevlerden yeniden doğuşunun fon rengidir. Ve gümüş hilal, Boğaz'da bir deniz feneri gibi her zaman istikameti gösterir. Okyanus ötesindeki gezginler bile bu ışığı takip ederek manevi yuvalarını bulabilirler. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun kraliyet amblemi olan lale, 16. yüzyılda Anadolu Platosu'ndan Avrasya kıtasına kadar açmıştır. Zarif ve sert çiçek sapları, Doğu ile Batı arasında uzanan bu ülkeye benzer ve medeniyetlerin çarpışması içinde her daim dimdik duruşunu korumuştur. Deri bagaj etiketinin üzerine işlenmiş yıldızlar, aylar ve laleler, sadece medeniyetin genlerini taşıyan muskalar değil, aynı zamanda dünyayı ölçmek için kullanılan ebedi koordinatlardır. Bavullar yabancı havaalanlarında transfer edilirken, Topkapı Sarayı koridorlarının altındaki deve çanları gibi metal isim levhaları ve taşıma bantları gıcır gıcır sesler çıkararak, gezginlere dünyayı keşfetmenin her adımının sonunda yıldızlar ve ay altında bir vatan bulacağını hatırlatıyor. Bu minik totem, her gidişi medeniyetin soyuna bir hac yolculuğu, her yolculuğu ise manevi vatana dönüş yolculuğu haline getiriyor.

Its elegant and tough flower stems are just like this country that spans the East and the West, and it has always maintained its upright character in the collision of civilizations. The stars, moons and tulips interwoven on the leather luggage tag are not only amulets engraved with the genes of civilization, but also eternal coordinates for measuring the world. When the suitcase is transferred at a foreign airport, the metal nameplate and the conveyor belt collide with a crisp sound, just like the camel bells under the corridors of Topkapi Palace, reminding travelers: all the steps of exploring the world will eventually find a landing point in the homeland illuminated by the stars and the moon. 皮质行李牌上交织的星月与郁金香，既是镌刻着文明基因的护身符，也是丈量世界的永恒坐标。当旅行箱辗转于异国机场，金属铭牌与传送带碰撞出清脆声响，如同托普卡帕宫廊下的驼铃，提醒着远行者：所有探索世界的脚步，终将在星月照耀的故土找到落点。这枚方寸之间的图腾，让每一次出发都成为对文明血脉的朝圣，让每一程漂泊都化作向精神原乡的溯游。
