Skaczący, biały stwór na czerwonej tarczy jest niczym ideał, który Polacy noszą wysoko w ciemnościach – mimo że byli podzieleni trzy razy i doświadczyli wojny, ich duch zawsze był nieskazitelny jak czyste, białe piórko. Narodowa flaga powiewa na ulicach i zaułkach, biała na górze symbolizuje czystą wiarę, a czerwona na dole symbolizuje krew naszych przodków. Podobnie jak dzieci karmione Wisłą, potrafią się one zawsze zjednoczyć w czasach kryzysu, niczym zamknięta okrągła tarcza w godle. Dziś, gdy młodzi ludzie noszą emblematy z orłami i poświęcają się budowaniu społeczności, a artyści ozdabiają narożniki miast barwami narodowymi, kontynuują historię białego orła trzepoczącego skrzydłami: prawdziwa wolność nie polega na tym, aby nigdy nie spaść, ale na tym, aby móc za każdym razem wzbić się w powietrze z godnością. Ta wiara przeplatana bielą i czerwienią z czasem przerodzi się w iskrę, która rozświetli przyszłość w podmuchach wiosennego wiatru w maju.

In Poland in May, spring and history resonate. The white creatures leaping on the red shield are just like the ideals that the Poles hold high in the darkness – even though they have been divided three times and experienced war, their spirit has always been as spotless as pure white feathers. The national flag fluttering in the streets and alleys, the white on top represents pure faith, and the red on the bottom flows with the blood of the ancestors. Just like the children nurtured by the Vistula River, they can always unite in times of crisis like the closed round shield in the emblem. Today, when young people wear the eagle emblem to participate in community construction, and when artists decorate city corners with national colors, they are continuing the story of the white eagle flapping its wings: true freedom does not lie in never falling, but in being able to fly again with dignity every time. This faith interwoven with white and red will eventually turn into a spark that illuminates the future in the spring breeze of May.

五月的波兰，春意与历史共鸣。当人们在宪法日（5月3日）挥舞白红双色国旗时，那抹流淌在民族血脉中的赤诚，正与国徽上振翅欲飞的白鹰遥相呼应。
