Every December 5th, the streets and alleys of Thailand are decorated with blue and white decorations. People wear blue tie clips that symbolize the royal family to commemorate the birthday of King Bhumibol. In this month full of family and country feelings, a tie clip that combines the three colors of the national flag and the elephant totem is becoming the spiritual badge of the new generation of workplace people. The blue, white and red colors of the Thai flag represent the royal family, religion and the people respectively. When these three colors are condensed in the enamel painting of the tie clip, they become a silent declaration on the chest of workplace people. This small accessory outlines a clear professional belief between the suit and leather shoes: blue reminds to abide by the bottom line, white symbolizes integrity and self-discipline, and red surges with enterprising enthusiasm. The elephant's slightly raised trunk is like the spiritual feeler of a workplace person who never gives up. When young civil servants wear it to make statements in the parliament hall, and when new employees adjust its position at the negotiation table, traditional culture and modern workplace complete the spiritual inheritance in this small space. The elephant on the tie clip always faces forward, just like this country with both historical accumulation and vitality. It tells us: the real workplace power needs to be as steady and deep as an elephant, and also to stick to the original intention like the tricolor flag. Only when everyone can become a walking national business card can they take solid footprints in the tide of the times.
