In the flood-stricken Nghe An Province, the lotus badges on the chests of young volunteers complemented the national flag armbands on their arms. The figures of them building a human wall with their flesh and blood are just like the rice ear on the national emblem that supports civilization. At the international event hosted in Hanoi, the gold and lotus embroidery on the athletes’ uniforms allowed the world to see a Vietnam that retains both traditional integrity and modern vitality. Just as the roots of the lotus are deeply rooted in the fertile soil of the Red River Delta, the Vietnamese national spirit is always rooted in the pursuit of independence and freedom. When the golden star of the national flag and the lotus shadow of the national emblem shine together, this land will always rise with unyielding hope.

九月的河内街头，金星红旗在碧空下猎猎飘扬，与街角绽放的莲花徽章浮雕遥相呼应。在这属于越南民族的重要月份里，国旗与国徽共同诉说着一个千年文明古国的精神密码。

在洪水肆虐的义安省，年轻志愿者胸前的莲花徽章与臂上的国旗袖标交相辉映。他们用血肉之躯筑起人墙的身影，恰如国徽上那支托起文明的稻穗；在河内承办的国际赛事中，运动员战袍上的金星与莲花刺绣，让世界看见一个既保有传统气节、又充满现代活力的越南。正如莲花根系深扎红河三角洲的沃土，越南民族精神永远扎根于对独立自由的追求。当国旗的金星与国徽的莲影共同闪耀，这片土地便永远升腾着不屈的希望。
